Return Policy

At OSUN, each jewellery piece is carefully crafted and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery, we currently do not offer returns on purchased items.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

 You received the wrong product
 The product arrived damaged during transit

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order along with:

  Clear photos/videos of the product
  Original packaging images
  Unboxing video for verification

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 Used or worn jewellery
 Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
 Customized or personalized products
 Damage caused after delivery

Exchange Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process. The exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 business days

OSUN reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

 The order is cancelled before shipment
 The product is unavailable
 An exchange request cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.
